Returns and Exchanges
- We love your new item! But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or exchange with a printed receipt. We accept returns for items in new condition, unwashed, with tags attaches. Shipping for returns will be covered by the customer. Please include the printed receipt in the package for fast return/exchange. If you do not have the receipt, a merchandise credit or exchange will be given. If a discount was given at the time of purchase, the credit will be toward the price paid. Unless decided upon by customer service, the discount received at the time, will not transfer to the exchange. - Extended Holiday Return Policy: For items that are bought between 11/1 and 12/25 will have 15 day refund will begin 12/26 or the original 30 day refund policy, whichever happens at the later date.
- If you receive your items and they are broken or damaged, we are so sorry! Please take photos immediately of their merchandise and packaging and send them to us (via social media) so we may submit an insurance claim. We will do everything we can to help you! We will reship the item to you if it is available. If the item isn’t available, we will do a refund or exchange, whichever you would prefer.
- Dvini does shop worldwide! We do not collect any customs when sending packages. Any custom fees, taxes, tarriffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Dvini is not responsible for those charges. For additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns of international orders (outside of the United States) will not be accepted due to customs fees.
