Due to Covid-19, by buying I understand that no returns will be given unless the product has been damaged during shipping. I understand that I, as well as Dvini, will need to file a claim with USPS should this occur. This means returns will not be given for sizing issues or not liking the item. I understand that if I have questions about sizing if it is not provided I should contact Dvini's Facebook page or support@Dvini.us with any questions before purchasing. This will be the case until further notice.
I understand that Dvini currently has a mixture of new products as well as thrifted products. I have read the description of each item and know what I am buying. Any issues with thrifted items have been stated. I understand Dvini picked out the items with care and donated items that did not live up to their expectations. Any unexpected issues with the items should be reported to Dvini immediately using the Facebook page messenger or the email support@Dvini.us.
